KYC resubmission was annoying, but the final checklist helped
The first upload failed due to glare; the second attempt was approved after a clearer checklist.
My first ID upload was rejected, and the reason was too generic. Once support sent the full checklist, the second upload passed quickly. The process would feel more trustworthy if the checklist were shown before the first upload instead of after a failed attempt.
