Bonus terms were readable, but one max-bet rule needs better placement

I accepted a reload offer and read through the terms before playing. The wagering target and game contribution table were easy to understand. The max-bet rule was present, but it appeared lower than expected. I did not have an issue, but this is the type of rule that deserves a stronger pre-confirmation callout.
